At Shoqeen, we are committed to delivering your luxury ensembles safely and efficiently. We offer worldwide shipping to ensure our global clientele can experience our craftsmanship.

1. Order Processing Times

Every piece in our collection has a different creation timeline:

  • Ready-to-Wear (Pret) & Jewellery: Dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Unstitched Collection: Dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • Bridal & Bespoke Couture: Since these pieces are handcrafted to order, please allow 8–12 weeks for production and delivery. Our team will keep you updated throughout the process.

2. Delivery Estimates

  • UK Domestic Shipping: 2–4 business days via tracked courier.

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days depending on the destination.

  • Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, sales, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • UK Orders: Flat rate of £[Insert Amount] or Worldwide Shipping Available.

  • International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the parcel and the destination country.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders outside the UK, please note that Shoqeen is not responsible for any customs duties, luxury taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Tracking Number. You can track your parcel's journey directly through the courier’s website.

6. Important Notes

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

  • Please double-check your delivery address. Shoqeen is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • In case of a lost or damaged parcel, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
