Returns and Refunds Policy – Shoqeen Ltd

1. Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To cancel, email us at Shoqeen@yahoo.com with your order number.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Refunds may be reduced for signs of use.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Unless faulty, we do not accept returns for:
- Personalised or made-to-order items (including customised clothing or jewellery with names, initials, or bespoke designs)
- Pierced jewellery where hygiene seals have been broken
- Perishable goods
- Items without original packaging or hygiene seals

3. How to Return Items
Please return your items to:

Unless an item is faulty, return costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.

4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return). Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Deductions may apply for missing parts or damage beyond reasonable handling.

5. Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty or not as described, notify us within 30 days of delivery. Email [Insert Email Address] with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the fault

We may ask you to return the item for inspection. If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a refund, replacement, or repair, and we will cover return postage.

6. False or Unverified Fault Claims
We reserve the right to inspect returned goods. Refunds or replacements will not be issued where:
- No fault is found
- Damage is caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications
- Hygiene seals have been broken without valid cause
