Do you offer custom sizing? Yes! For our Bridal and Bespoke collections, we offer full customization. You can provide your measurements, and our master tailors will craft the outfit to fit you perfectly.

Can I change or cancel my order? Orders for Ready-to-Wear can be changed within 12 hours. However, once a Bespoke or Bridal order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
2. Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally? Absolutely. Shoqeen ships worldwide from our UK hub. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Pret/Jewellery: 3–5 business days (UK) | 7–14 days (International).

Bridal: 8–12 weeks due to the intricate hand-embroidery involved.

3. Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Is my payment information secure? Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption technology to ensure that your personal and payment details are 100% secure. We do not store your card information.
4. Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We accept returns on Ready-to-Wear and Unstitched items within 14 days, provided they are unused and have tags attached.

Can I return Jewellery? For hygiene reasons, Jewellery cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged.

Are Bridal outfits refundable? Since Bridal outfits are custom-made to your specific requirements, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5. Product Care

How should I care for my Shoqeen outfits? We highly recommend Dry Clean Only for all our embroidered and luxury formal wear to maintain the fabric quality and hand-work.

How do I store my Jewellery? Keep your jewellery in the original Shoqeen box and away from moisture, perfume, or chemicals to prevent tarnishing.
