2. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years of age. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT (where applicable). Delivery costs are listed separately at checkout. Payment must be made in full before items are dispatched.
4. Product descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or design may occur due to manufacturing.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to external factors. Ownership and risk pass to you upon delivery.
6. Cancellations and Returns
You have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days of receipt. However, please note that the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Personalised or made-to-order items (including customised clothing or jewellery with names, initials or bespoke design or sizes)
-Pierced jewellery with broken hygiene seals
- Perishable goods.
7. Faulty Goods
If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, you have the legal right to request a refund, repair, or replacement. Please contact us promptly for a resolution.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
9. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
